Terramungamine Reserve - a reserve near Dubbo, for public recreation and the preservation of Aboriginal cultural heritage and a dedicated Aboriginal burial ground known as the Tubbagah Aboriginal Burial Ground.
Terramungamine Reserve area was part of the traditional country of the Tubbagah People of the Wiradjuri Nation and an important gathering area for tribes throughout the region.
Terramungamine Rock Grooves - the reserve is the site of the Terramungamine grinding grooves that were used by the Aborigine people for sharpening their tools and weapons.
These rock grooves - around one hundred and fifty (150) can be seen on an outcrop of rock that extends for about one hundred metres along the bank of the Macquarie River.
